Why do the AI features ask for permission?
Translation, conversation practice, pronunciation feedback and the card builder send your audio, photos or text to Google to be processed. Babel asks before sending anything. You can change your answer any time in Settings › Privacy; flashcards and study work either way. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@meridianide.com from the address you signed up with. We permanently delete your account and everything in it: decks, cards, media, conversations and study history.
I forgot my password.
Email support@meridianide.com from your account's address and we will help you back in.
Which devices does Babel support?
Babel runs on iPhone, with a home-screen widget for cards due today.
Something looks wrong in a card Babel drafted.
AI-drafted cards can contain mistakes. Edit any card before saving it, and tell us about repeated errors so we can improve the drafts.
